I don't start with predetermined poses, props, sets, or a formula promoted by someone else. I start with a conversation. Every woman deserves photographs created specifically for her—not a predetermined session based on body type or age before she even walks through the door.

I don't start by deciding what your session should be. I start by discovering who you already are—your personality, comfort level, why you’re here, your goals, and your expectations. You deserve a session tailored to you, not one modeled after someone else’s. There’s no one else like you, and your photographs should reflect that.
More Than Beautiful Photographs
Beautiful photographs are expected from any photography session. What matters is whether they still feel like you years later.
My goal isn't simply to create flattering images; it's to create artwork that reflects something genuine about who you are, rather than following the latest trend or replicating someone else's photographs.
My approach results in personal photographs that are unmistakably yours.
Why I Photograph Women
More than forty years ago, I realized that photography could do something remarkable. It offered a way for someone to see themselves as others do. Throughout my career, I've watched women focus on perceived flaws while overlooking the qualities others notice first.
Photography can't change who you are, but it can help you see yourself from a different perspective. That's why I photograph women—not to change them, but to capture who they are or the story they want to tell.
What to Expect
Every session begins with a personal consultation where we’ll discuss your reason for the session, the overall style you're seeking or naturally drawn to, wardrobe ideas, locations, and how you'd like the final artwork to look.
Sessions can take place in my private Medina studio, in your home, or at carefully selected rental locations across Northeast Ohio.
During the session, you'll receive guidance on posing, expression, and body positioning as needed, so you never have to wonder what to do next. My role is to help you feel comfortable while creating photographs that reflect your personality, rather than forcing you into a set of standard poses.
After your session, we’ll review your images, select your favorites, and discuss the best ways to display them as wall portraits, albums, and fine art prints.

Client Safety & Rights
1. Escorts are always welcome and encouraged.
2. I do not touch clients (or their belongings) unless they are falling, have received explicit permission to assist with hair, outfit, prop, or pose adjustment, or have received permission to help carry items to and from their vehicle.
3. Clients have the right to veto any suggested pose or concept.
4. Clients may review images and delete those that accidentally show content outside of the agreed-upon shoot limits.
5. I encourage suggestions, ideas, and feedback, making the session an interactive process instead of a dictatorship.
Session Information
The investment will depend on the client’s preferences. Our base investment, called the sitting fee, covers the photographer’s time for the session. Makeup, hairstyles, and outfits are the client’s responsibility unless we have been asked to provide those services for an additional fee. Please note that, per Ohio law, makeup and hairstyling may be performed only by a board-certified, licensed cosmetician. Additional fees will apply for travel, location rental, equipment rental, prop rental, etc. Photographs, digital images, or other products are offered separately and are not included in the session rate.
Any photographs or digital images purchased are provided as licensed images only and cannot be altered in any manner. Copyright remains the property of Eric Arnold or Captured Light Studios, LLC. unless purchased separately.

Our sessions start at an affordable $350. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the number of outfits, sets, location, and equipment rentals, ensuring you only pay for what you need.
NOTICE: Keepsakes (prints, products, or digital files) are NOT included with your session fee but will be available for purchase. Our client's typical investment is between $1,500 and $5,000.
